Casey, from the California Telephone Access Program, came to The Elms yesterday. She gave a wonderful talk on all the phones that are available to most of our residents through the state of California, all for free.
Casey walked us through how to fill out the forms, who to contact, and where to go. Lucky, for us most of it can be done right here with the help of Casey in her office.
