San Carlos Elms Goes Out Dancing Valentine's Night

Tonight was such a fun night for the Residents who decided to go out dancing. Their was live music, food, wine and plenty of conversations.
Thank you San Carlos Adult Community Center for putting it on it was such a great turn out! We are all looking forward to your next event.

 San Carlos Elms was excited and honored to be apart of the Peninsula Multifaith Coalition again this year.  We were worried how it was going to all pan out, but thanks to a fantastic group of leaders and volunteers it was a huge success!!! We started the morning with an opening ceremony on Zoom celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, featuring guest speakers Rep Jackie Speier , Senator Josh Becker ,and Rev Lorrie Owens  President of San Mateo NAACP . Once we all had our history lesson and the power of community through the work of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. it was time to get to work.  Cards were created for all of our residents and magazines were donated too. Volunteers created and donated beautiful bouquets of flowers.   They are out spreading cheer for both our Residents and Staff. Thank you Peninsula Multifaith Coalition , we hope we can meet in person next year, but what a wonderful job you all did!!!
