San Carlos Elms had a 100 birthday today for one of our Volunteers

Happy 1ooth Birthday to the prettiest lady in the building today. Congratulations Claire and Thank you for dedication to The Elms especially the Memory Program, for bringing a little bit of music into their lives once a week. We Love you for that and Thank you!!!
