Northern California Council of Activity Coordinators Awards Scott Evans, Director of San Carlos Elms and Grove with the honor of Administrator of the Year Scott has been with the Elms since the beginning 14 years ago. His methodology of building solid relationships with his staff, residents, and families shows his unwavering integrity and drive to make San Carlos Elms more than just a healthcare facility. He wants it to feel like home, as it should. He doesn't believe in negativity and encourages only the best from his staff, and the utmost respect for residents and families. Congratulations Scott on winning the NCCAC 2009 Administrator of the Year Award.

The Grove at San Carlos Elms was built in 2003. San Carlos Elms has participated in the Memory Walk since 2003 and is a Silver level sponsor. The Memory Walk is an annual event to raise money to end Alzheimer's. Here are just a few highlights from Memory Walk 2009.
