Reverse Trick or Treat

This year we had a safe Halloween Party in the hallways of San Carlos Elms.

The staff went to each apartment in costume to deliver treats, while the residents took notes on their favorite costumes. Please enjoy some of the moments caught on camera during our reverse trick or treating celebration.

Each Resident now has the hard job of voting for their favorite costume.
Winners will be announce as soon as ballots are tallied.
Thank you to all of the staff who took the time to make this a memorable Halloween.
Safe Trick or Trick or Treating to you all!
Happy Halloween!!!

Arbor Bay School Halloween Parade

Arbor Bay School came by this morning to spread a little Halloween Cheer.

They met with a few residents outside and then was able to wave to more in their apartments. It was great to see others in the neighborhood enjoying their parade as much as we did here!

What a fun photo of the whole group in front of a house on Elms Street!

The kids sang Happy Birthday to our three residents who turned either 100 ( Goldie & Mr. Lee) or 101 (Velma) this month.

They also sang Happy Birthday to our Resident Gene, who will be turning 100 next month. Once they found out he was a WWII Bronze Star Veteran, they were happy to wish him an early birthday.

Then, the parade The kids went down Elm St. and Cherry St. we caught Sue waving from her apartment. She made all of the goodie bags that the kids received.

Thank you Arbor Bay School for kicking of the Halloween weekend with some style!
Thank you to all of the teachers and parents who took the time to help today.
We will enjoy handing out the hand made Halloween cards on Halloween.

Below is Velma answering the question to her favorite movies, "You Can't Take It With You" and "Gone with the Wind"
