Happy 100th Birthday Tillie!

Tillie was so excited to see her balloons and flowers from her celebration with her family this past weekend.

Mayor Adam Rak came in and presented Tillie with a Proclamation.

Thank you to everyone who made Tillie's birthday such a memorable day.

San Carlos Elms was honored to sponsor along with the Friends of the A.C.C. for their monthly lunch.
