Thanks to our friend from Care Indeed we are laughing happily with our Laughter Yoga Instructor Annie.
Laughter Yoga combines unconditional laughter with Yogic Breathing.
Laughter is simulated as a body exercise in a group; with eye contact and childlike playfulness, it soon turns into real and contagious laughter. The concept of Laughter Yoga is based on a scientific face that the body cannot differentiate between fake and real laughter. One gets the same physiological and psychological benefits.

Claire has been a dedicated volunteer at San Carlos Elms for years. She comes in weekly to socialize with her friends, then she plays the organ or piano in our Memory Care Program. We should all be lucky to have someone like Claire in our lives. Just turning 106 years young, she is showing us that age is just a number and you can accomplish anything you want.
Happy 106th Birthday Claire and Thank you!!!
Claire was unable to attend her party.
We made sure to celebrate here at San Carlos Elms and then, at Claire's home.
The Residents and Claire enjoyed a delicious cake.
Ismary blew out the candles for Claire.
All of Claire's friends wished her a Happy Birthday!
We made sure that Claire received some cake and gifts at her home.
Activity Leader, Ismary was one of the staff members to visit Claire at her house.
Happy Birthday Claire and Thank you!
