Let's See What the Residents are Doing

The Residents are getting ready for the New Year 2022.

The Residents enjoy listening to Conrad's voice along with his guitar playing.

Spirit Care with Rev. Sue Ann

Sue Ann Zooms in with our Residents once a month to make sure all of their spiritual needs are met. She is wonderful for all denominations. Rev. Sue Ann sends our Residents weekly prayers and meets with our Memory Program once a month too with Kathryn on the piano.

Peninsula Jewish Community Center
Jane Skinner is in charge of the Adult Programs and Get up & Go Manager at the P.J.C.C, she has welcomed any and all of our residents to partake in their bi weekly Zooms.
This past week we had showtime and story time with members of the P.J.C.C. Bill shared some of his artwork. Jane shared a necklace she brought back from India. Other members shared gifts and wedding photos. It was a lot of fun.

George started as a volunteer at the Elms three years ago.

We are happy to have him on a monthly visit now.

We enjoy a weekly tea, catching up with old friends.

Merry Christmas!

 We would like to take this time to thank all of the wonderful volunteers who sent our residents Holiday cards this season. They sure did brighten up the hallways around here.

Thank you to The Odd Fellows for taking the time to write individual notes on each card for our residents.








We would like to thank the Lions Club for sending Holiday Cards too.




One Life Counseling delivered personalized cards for our Residents.
The Boy Scouts Troop 321 sent cards too.

One last thank you to Kindred Hospice, Dawn for making a Christmas goodie bag for each staff person working on Christmas Day. They were appreciated and enjoyed by all.
 
From the bottom of our hearts we thank each and everyone of you for making this a cheerful Christmas.

Holiday Season is Here!

 The a few members of the Ukulele group came in to perform for our Residents. We have missed them and were so happy to have them back this holiday season.

Tis the Season to be Jolly

Our Residents continue to show how Jolly they are by appreciating their family, friends and staff during this holiday season.

This week we had a lovely chat with Rabbi Lisa.
 
Current Events with Carol
Carol has been volunteering at San Carols Elms for at least 10 years. Her dedication to our Residents during the pandemic has been wonderful! We enjoy each one of her meetings.

Sydney Monthly Gifts
She is a local student from Carlmont High School who dedicates her time to make monthly booklets and little gifts for some of our Residents. This month she made snow globes.
