Winding up February Activities
Mayor Visit
The Residents were excited to see Mayor Mark Olbert and hear all the new things happening in San Carlos.
We are so grateful for Mayor Olbert to take time out of his busy schedule to come see our Residents.
Mayor Olbert does a wonderful job at keeping our Residents informed about what is going on in San Carlos.
Music & Motion
Thanks to our Friends from the San Carlos A.C.C our Residents enjoy some exercise accompanied by music and dance.
The Residents love all the songs from their generation to exercise too.
Laughter Yoga
Thanks to our friends from Care Indeed we are laughing happily with our Laughter Yoga Instructor Annie.
Laughter Yoga combines unconditional laughter with Yogic Breathing.
Laughter is simulated as a body exercise in a group; with eye contact
and childlike playfulness, it soon turns into real and contagious
laughter. The concept of Laughter Yoga is based on a scientific face
that the body cannot differentiate between fake and real laughter. One
gets the same physiological and psychological benefits.
Annie is wonderful at getting all of our Residents in touch with their fun side.
Annie had so much fun with our youngest at heart, 102 years young Bob.
Caroline is a faithful Laughter Yoga attendant and said she always encourages other Residents to attend.
Xylophone Performance
Dan put on a fantastic performance for our Residents. What talent!
Blackjack
Activity Assistant, Ashley always has a lot of laughs and great stories with the Residents during blackjack.

We had such a fun time during our Valentine's Day party.
Residents welcomed their family and friends to join them for the celebration.
The food was delicious, the drinks refreshing, sweet decadent and the company priceless.
At 102 years young Bob still likes to have a good time posing with Activity Director Kathleen.
Gloria and Dolores loved their gifts for helping set up the party.
