Scott’s methodology of building solid relationships with his staff, residents, and their families shows his unwavering integrity and drive to make San Carlos Elms more than just a healthcare facility. He wants it to feel like their home. He does not believe in negativity and always encourages the very best from his staff along with the utmost respect for the residents and their families.
