We had a great time yesterday at the Chickens' Ball. Thank you to all the staff for treating us like royalty. We had three past chairman from The Elms in attendance and it was nice that they were announced during the show, Fran Stewart, Rosemary Bishop, and Ruth McFarland.
They all felt like stars for the afternoon and had a great time reminiscing before, during and after the show.
During the show the roses were tossed into the audience and our group was lucky to grab three.
Even during intermission the cast cam out to say hi to the residents they really made the afternoon a memorial one. Thank you to Sandi for helping us with tickets and for giving each resident a real rose on the way home. It made them feel like they were in the show.
