Veterans Pinning Ceremony

We know Veterans Day is Monday and we are looking forward to our Veterans Day Ceremony.
Today thanks to our friends at Kindred Hospice our Resident Veterans were appreciated in a wonderful way. Staff Sergeant Ken Newman from Los Altos Legion Post 558, retired Air Force spoke to our Residents today about his time in the service. After sharing his experience he acknowledged each one of our Resident Veterans with a certificate of appreciation with their name and branch of service. Each Resident also received a Veterans pin.

 Hershel served in the Army.

 Gene served in the Army.

 Stewart served in the Army.

 Bill served in the Navy.

 Gordon Served in the Air Force.


Bill Served in the Air Force.

 Bob Served in the Navy.



At 103 Ken was honored to meet Bob and thank him for his service.

Thank you Ken and Kindred for making this a beautiful way to show our appreciation to our Resident Veterans.
