The San Carlos Library plan an Arts and Crafts project with our residents monthly. They also come in once a month to bring books for our residents to check out or request from the library.
Week of the Family
San Carlos Elms was proud to be apart of Week of the Family . We join together with the Lions Club and made sandwiches for the homeless and Valentines for Veterans. Thank you to everyone who participated.

Weekend Activities
Precious Performs Musical Bingo Volunteers from One Life Counseling come in to lead Musical Bingo. Karen picked out her her prize when she won. Peninsula Multifaith Coalition Signing Visit They came in to sing and presented our residents with cards and flowers.
Talk on Literature
Darwin comes in monthly to discuss books on literature. This lecture was on Charlotte Bronte and her Thriller, Jane Eyre.
Resident Remembered
Caroline passed away last month, her son in laws band, Shades of Grey performs for us from time to time. During Shades of Grey visit we all decided to make this a celebration of life for Caroline and welcomed friends, family, and staff. Caroline's daughter, Marilyn had some words to say about her mom. Caroline's friends were happy that the family had the service at The Elms. Marilyn was happy to hear their stories about her mom.
