San Carlos Elms is proud to be apart of the Human Brain: A Holistic Approach to Brain Health Conference on Friday, May 10th held at the Grand Bay Hotel. Organized by the Rotary Club of Belmont and Redwood City Shores foundation, as a part of the Health and Awareness Education Series, this year the topic was focused on mental health.

Invited speakers shared their knowledge and experiences, with a house full of attendees, to help those learn to navigate mental health and how and where to find treatment.
