Today we had a delicious treat. Audrey Nickell a Registered Dietitian came in to San Carlos Elms today to show the residents how to choose the right food for them.
The residents had great questions with regards to medications and other health issues like diabetes.
Audrey even had food from our dining room presented during her presentation. Showing just how many options the residents have to choose from.
At the end of Audrey's presentation she gave all of us a fun quiz about nutrition.
