Pen Pal Program

The National Charity League Edgewood Chapter, Class of 2021, had their VIP event last week. As an Activity each girl created a care package with her dad (their VIP) for their Elms "Senior".
This was a virtual event they had together where they created a gift bag based on these Residents interests.
Each bag included several items for our residents to enjoy and use during this time like; colored pencils, coloring pages, Kleenex, chapstick, hand sanitizer and playing cards.

Thank you so much to all of the Fathers and Daughters for taking the time to make these personalized gift bags!!!

McKenzie was happy to drop of the packages with Kathleen.
We both joked about smiling under our masks.
Thank you to McKenzie's mom, Mary for taking the picture and driving all of the packages to The Elms.
Below are photos of the Residents receiving their personalized packages.

Please touch base with the Activity department if you would like to join the Pen Pal Program.
Thank you again to NCL Edgewood Chapter for spreading cheer and smiles.
