We remembered this memorial day by celebrating the 90th year of the poppy. Each resident was handed a poppy to remember a friend, or family member who had past while serving for their country.
Carla remembers her brother.
Marilyn remembers her husbands service in the Army.
JoAnne and Henry they both remember. Henry served in the Navy.
Lindsey, Ann, and Ruth, talked about their times. Ann in the Navy as a nurse. Ruth talked about her sons who served.
Norine had two sons who served and we enjoy seeing them when they visit.
Thank you to all who severed and for those who are no longer with us our prayers go out to your families.
