Early this morning the staff went to work on decorating the bus. We wanted to make sure that all the flowers would be seen because each resident worked so hard on each one.
Willy did a great job this morning putting up each flower. Turning it into the "garden" bus for the parade.
There goes the Elms bus down San Carlos Ave and then Laurel St.

Bill took his mom Marie down to Laurel St. to watch the whole parade.
Ismary and Rufina took their break to say hi to the residents as they drove by.
Alyce had fun driving in the front seat with Frank.
Rosemary liked seeing everyone from the bus.
Estelle and George enjoyed the parade.
Rosemary and Ruth liked the parade.
We can't wait to see what Rosemary's has to say about it in her next poem.
Elly loves taking trips on the bus, but a parade she felt GREAT!!!
Dorothy and Karen felt like superstars.
Here is a little video of the bus coming down San Carlos Ave. We had a great time. Thank you to Everyone who put the parade together. It was a perfect day for our residents.
