Memory Walk

 San Carlos Elms was proud to support The Alzheimer's Association during this year's Memory Walk held in San Francisco. 

Care Coordinator, Lorily, Marketing Director Amanda and Director of Health Care Services Maribel did an excellent job supporting this special cause that means so much to our Residents and Family Members here at San Carlos Elms.

Way to go Team!

 San Carlos Elms was excited and honored to be apart of the Peninsula Multifaith Coalition again this year.  We were worried how it was going to all pan out, but thanks to a fantastic group of leaders and volunteers it was a huge success!!! We started the morning with an opening ceremony on Zoom celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, featuring guest speakers Rep Jackie Speier , Senator Josh Becker ,and Rev Lorrie Owens  President of San Mateo NAACP . Once we all had our history lesson and the power of community through the work of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. it was time to get to work.  Cards were created for all of our residents and magazines were donated too. Volunteers created and donated beautiful bouquets of flowers.   They are out spreading cheer for both our Residents and Staff. Thank you Peninsula Multifaith Coalition , we hope we can meet in person next year, but what a wonderful job you all did!!!
